It’s always been the unscripted and unexpected acts of kindness that show the sheer honesty of intent and purpose toward a deed. No act of kindness, no matter how big or small is ever wasted. As it also costs nothing to be kind, take for instance as recorded by netizen Ralph Odiaman in a Facebook post which he shared.
He writes in his post “Dash cam videos don’t always have to be bad. Good vibes was captured on our dashcam while La was driving.” The post currently has 22K views, and over 300 shares as of this writing.
As we know, dash cams are usually used to record, recheck and recount complaints and accidents while on the road. However, in this particular video, two students are seen crossing to the road in order to help an elderly get across the pedestrian. It calls for some pretty heartwarming feelings all under 30 seconds.
It only goes to show that it doesn’t take a cape in order to become a hero, let alone do massive effort or money in order to help others. Some deeds may be as easy and appreciated as helping an elderly stranger cross the road, it could be offering your seat at the bus, or carrying someone’s groceries. Helping can be free.
In the comments section of the post, netizens can be seen talking about hope in man-kind after all. The video spreads nothing but positive energy and good vibration. The warm fuzzy feelings are contagious as you see the younger generations reach out to the older man who couldn’t seem to be given a chance or have the opportunity to stop any of the passing cars along his way.

So here is to hoping that we all realize how far and meaningful our actions can go, because something as simple as that can be powerful inspiration to lots of people and it can also spread joy and hope to those around us.
