These kids who were bragging that they use illegal substance while cursing Duterte faces the top police in Metro Manila!

With the fearmongering set by the current administration led by President Rodrigo Duterte, a lot of people are now more scared than ever in being accussed of using an illegal substance. In just two years, a lot of lives were lost due to the Duterte administration’s hardline campaign against illegal substance.

However, there were some youngsters who were even proud to say that they are using illegal plant substance. In the viral video, these teenagers were using illegal plant substance while cursing Duterte.

They said they cannot be caught even if they try. These kids also urged Duterte to legalize the illegal plant substance since, as they claim, it doesn’t really cause illegal activities.

It looks like fun time is over as these teenagers became the targets of netizens and their intimidating comments. Some netizens even warned them that their time is up.

Eventually, it caused these teenagers to surrender to police authorities out of fear for their lives. These teenagers, who were identified as Randal Lois Roque, Comelio Aguilar, Kurt Edison Aflo, Emmanuel Guerrero, Ran-ran Santos, Cedrick Acharon, and Juaneil Arvie Isles, said their conscience ate them up after saying and doing those things the public saw on the video.

Randal surrendered this Wednesday morning while the rest already gave up yesterday.

Before going to their inquest proceedings, the boys had some hard lecture from Police Director Guillermo Eleazar, the regional director of the National Capital Region Police Office.

Roque and his posse started pleading for forgiveness. Some of them said they highly regretted the actions and the behavior they showed on the video. Some were also seen crying while explaining their side.

In response, Eleazar said that it is very insulting to mock the President and their staunch campaign against illegal substance. He also said its troublesome that they are already resorting to these things as such a young age.

During the media briefing, Eleazar said that they are still young and can change but they must face punishment.

“We still consider them as kids and they have the chance to change and be a good part of the community but they have to face the consequences they have done,” he said.

Eleazar said Roque and his group will undergo a rehabilitation program.
