It is just common for us to hear news about celebrities who ended up with their co-stars. But with news anchors themselves, it is quite surprising to know that some of them also end up tying the knot with their co-broadcaster. Julius Babao and Christine Bersola-Babao proved that aside from bringing the news, they can also hit headlines themselves. The press couple tied the knot in 2003 and is currently happy with their two adorable kids, Anya and Nio.
Despite their busy schedules, this couple managed to find time to take care of their family and their home. Recently, Christine gave the public a glimpse of their jaw-dropping house.

On her Instagram, she uploaded a series of photos of their museum-like house. She also shared some of its features, during her talk at the Globe myBusiness Star Bazaar. Their “Casa Uccello,” or “Bird House” in Italian, both features astounding architecture and countless art pieces.
Their four-story home was designed by the award-winning Jason Buensalido of Buensalido Architects. According to her, their house was inspired by a bird origami. She also revealed that they decided to buy the lot beside them in order to expand their house. The reason was for her husband’s flourishing art collections.
The 47-year-old news anchor shared that her husband has already collected around 360 paintings in a span of 22 years. Their house also features their collection of sculptures and artworks from well-known artists.

First met in 1993, Julius and Christine admitted that it was not the typical “love at first sight.” According to them, they first had a chance to get to know each other after they became the hosts of ABS-CBN’s ” Alas Singko y Medya.” Ten years later, the newsroom couple found themselves at the aisle of a church in Antipolo.
