Yet, when this adorable family released a vlog about their fun trip to Siquior, people started to wonder if Alwyn and Jennica are seriously considering moving to the province. It may seem like such shocking news for a young celebrity couple to make such a decision which is why Alwyn decided to clarify some things.

“Mainly, yung pagpunta namin dun, dalawang reasons—para magbakasyon and to look for possible place na mag-settle. Hindi naman necessary na gusto naming lumipat na agad, pero we’re looking forward in a very, very near future.

The actor further explained that his family have plenty things to do. He also shared his dream of starting his own farm, to further emphasize the simple lifestyle they like.

While it isn’t an option yet, moving to a province like Siquijor is never off the table. A provincial lifestyle definitely matches what the Uytingcos want but we think that we have to wait after Jennica gives birth to their second child.

As for his career, Alwyn discussed that he is going to dabble in the creative, behind-the-scenes side of film-making.

“Ako kasi, may ginagawa ako ngayon na film for Pista ng Pelikula naman. Ibang filmfest naman, pero part pa rin ng FDCP [Film Development Council of the Philippines]. Ang direktor ko ay si Fifth Solomon ng PBB, nag-film kasi si Direk Fifth, so ngayon this will be his first full-length picture.”
